Reid Terry Bio

Reid joined Trivest’s Portfolio Support Group in 2022. In his role, Reid drives talent-focused value creation across the portfolio in alignment with Trivest’s Path to 3x program. Prior to joining Trivest, he was a member of the People Advisory practice at Teneo, a global consulting firm, where he executed C-Suite and board advisory mandates spanning Private Equity to Fortune 100. Previously with Egon Zehnder, a leading global search and talent advisory firm, he was a core member of the Board Advisory, Private Equity and Family Business Advisory practices. Before beginning his career with Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, Reid received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
