Forest Wester Bio

Mr. Wester joined Trivest in 2005. He is involved in all aspects of the firm, including the origination of investment opportunities, completing acquisitions, portfolio oversight and firm management. In addition, Mr. Wester manages the implementation of Trivest’s personnel development initiatives, such as Top-Grading, across the portfolio. Mr. Wester is a member of Trivest’s Investment Committee and serves as a Chairman or Board Member of numerous Trivest companies including Advanced Discovery, Columbus Recycling, IDMWORKS, National Auto Care and Onepath Systems. Prior to joining Trivest, Mr. Wester worked in the private equity division at Lehman Brothers in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
