Christian Rotter Bio

Christian joined Trivest in 2024 to lead Margin Expansion for Trivest’s portfolio companies. In this role, he drives revenue and EBITDA growth by applying the proprietary “Path to 3x” system to procurement, process efficiency, and balance sheet management. He brings over 15 years of experience in disrupting traditional business models and creating value through innovation, strategy, and technology. Christian received an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
