Warren Browne Bio

Warren is a Director at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include all tax compliance and reporting, tax provisions, as well as providing support on various tax related matters across the portfolio. Prior to joining Trive, Warren was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Big 4 public accounting firm. While at PwC, Warren managed the tax compliance and consulting for clients in various industries including private equity, real estate, and fund of funds. In addition, he has experience in tax modeling and tax technology development. Warren earned a B.B.A. with High Honors and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
