Lavanya is a Managing Director at Trive Capital. Her responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Prior to joining Trive, Lavanya was a Vice President at Partners Group, where she sourced, executed, and managed investments in the industrial and professional services industries. Prior to Partners Group, Lavanya was the first employee at Kepler Cannon, a boutique management consulting firm focused on financial services. Lavanya began her career as an Analyst at Citi. Lavanya received her MBA with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics (Wharton) and BA in International Studies.
