Brian is a Vice President at Trive Capital. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Before joining Trive, Brian was an associate with The Sterling Group, a middle-market private equity firm based in Houston. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banking analyst with Morgan Stanley’s Global Energy Group in Houston, where he advised oil majors and upstream operators on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising activities. Brian received his BBA in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
