Before joining West Park, Sebastian was an M&A Tax partner at KPMG. Prior to that, he worked at P+P Pöllath + Partners, where he focused on advising private equity investors in the tax structuring of complex cross-border transactions, financings and reorganisations. Sebastian is a chartered German tax advisor (Steuerberater) and holds an MBA as well as a Ph.D from the University of Cologne.
