JR Gilley Bio

As a Vice President, JR is responsible for supporting deal sourcing and execution as well as portfolio company growth initiatives. JR’s previous roles include positions with The Sterling Group, where he focused on deal execution and portfolio company value creation in middle-market private equity, and at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on advising clients across the Energy sector on mergers and acquisitions. JR is actively involved in the portfolio management of Argano, NexCore, and Centricity Research. He received his B.B.A. in Finance from Baylor University.
