Jan is the founder and Managing Partner of Trill Impact and has more than 25 years of experience in private equity. He started his professional career at Ovako Steel for 10 years and then transitioned to private equity in 1995, when he was a part of the initial team at EQT Partners. At EQT, he served in several senior positions such as Deputy CEO and Vice Chairman before leaving in 2018. Currently, he is a board member of Trelleborg, Bactiguard and ITB Med and he also chairs the Swedish Chess Academy. Jan holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
