Vittorio Pignatti Morano is co-Founding Partner and Chairman of Trilantic Europe. Prior to the foundation of Trilantic Europe in 2009 Vittorio spent 20 years at Lehman Brothers becoming in 2006 Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and occupied various positions over the years as head of Investment Banking Italy (Milan, 1989-98), Head of Mergers and Acquisitions EMEA (London, 1998-2006), Head of Private Equity EMEA (London, 2006-2009) . Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Vittorio was a Managing Director of Banque Paribas heading Italian Investment and Merchant Banking (Milan, 1986-89) and a Vice President at Manufacturers Hanover Trust corporate finance (New York, 1982-86). He is a board member of ICS Maugeri, Mediobanca, and Edizione (Benetton Family holding company). Vittorio holds an M.A in Economics from Columbia University and a B.A. with Honours in Economics and Mathematics from Sussex University.
