Mr. Colner joined TriArtisan Capital Advisors LLC (“TriArtisan”) in 2022 and has more than 30 years of experience as a successful private equity fund manager and independent investor covering more than $2.5 billion of investments. Mr. Colner has helped build numerous businesses across a range of industries as a Board member, founder, senior executive, and advisor. Before joining TriArtisan, Mr. Colner was the Managing Partner of Lowell Peak Capital, a private investment management company. Mr. Colner’s career includes positions as Managing Director, Private Equity Investments at Moore Capital Management, where he led Moore’s activities in growth capital, buyout and venture investments, and as a Managing Director of Corporate Partners, a private equity fund affiliated with Lazard Freres & Co. Mr. Colner was also a Managing Director of IntraFi Local Credit, a nationwide direct lender and a Partner and CEO-North America of PensionsFirst, a leading risk management software provider. Previously, he was a Partner at Compass Advisors, an international merchant banking firm and a senior member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance groups at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Mr. Colner received a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
