Steven Lerner Bio

Steve Lerner serves as the CEO of TRC Ventures, LP (formerly The Redstone Companies, L.P.) and TRC Capital Partners, LLC. Steve previously held the position of CEO of Redstone Companies Real Estate, LLC and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Redstone Companies and served as an Executive Vice President of numerous Redstone-related entities. Prior to joining Redstone in 1998, Steve was a partner at the Houston law firm now known as Schlanger, Silver LLP. Steve graduated with honors in Government from the University of Texas and is an honors graduate of the University Of Texas School Of Law in Austin, where he was a member of The Texas Law Review. Steve serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Harris County Improvement District #1 (the Uptown District). Steve also serves on the Board of Directors of Veritex Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VBTX) and Veritex Community Bank.
