Chris Dendtler is a Partner and is primarily responsible for investment management, cash flow modeling, development project management, as well as sourcing and executing new real estate investments. Prior to joining TRC Capital Partners, Chris was an entrepreneur in senior’s healthcare and spent three years at The Lionstone Group where he acquired, managed, and sold over $500M of commercial assets nationwide. Chris received his M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and his B.A. in International Business from Trinity University.
