As the Vice President, Finance, Elias Badin partners with the executive leadership of Transom’s portfolio companies on finance-related activities, including financial reporting and compliance, cashflow management, and the successful execution of long-term strategic initiatives designed to generate enterprise value by delivering cross-functional operating efficiencies. Prior to joining Transom Capital, Elias was a consultant at NOW CFO, where he advised and supported companies with limited accounting and finance functions by providing strategic leadership, subject matter expertise and transactional support. Elias also served as Director of Accounting for FTD Companies’ ProFlowers division. Elias started his career in accounting at PwC where he spent 5 years in the alternative investment practice consulting hedge funds and private equity clients in the assurance practice. Elias holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of San Diego and is a former CPA.
