Tom Pointer Bio

Tom is a financial and operational executive with experience in sourcing, closing and operating businesses. Tom has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, and often evaluates deal flow opportunities outside of Western Canada. Prior to joining TOM Capital, Tom held senior financial and operational positions in several sectors, including: manufacturing; oil & gas services; and oil & gas exploration and development, with both private and public companies. Tom has considerable expertise regarding turn-around situations; corporate and debt restructuring; labour negotiations; and asset and share sales.
