Paul Sibanda Bio

With extensive financial leadership experience, Paul Sibanda oversees the accounting, finance and tax functions, which include financial reporting, cash management, investment portfolio performance, tax compliance and tax planning. He works closely with TOM Capital’s executive team in developing strategy to drive growth and steward sound financial management of the company as it pursues its short- and long-term financial objectives. Paul’s career prior to joining TOM Capital, includes over 10 years of progressive leadership roles with various public accounting firms, where he focused on a broad range of industries including oil and gas services, real estate development, technology, investment management, manufacturing and construction services. Paul is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
