Tim Spillane Bio

Tim joined Three Hills in March 2024 as an Operating Partner. He works with management teams to drive value creation and turnaround, particularly in the finance function. He previously worked with Sun Capital Partners in the Performance Improvement Team and for Aurelius Equity Opportunities. He was also a Director at AlixPartners in the Turnaround and Restructuring practice. He has worked across Europe, the US and Africa and has held various interim management positions. Tim holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from Claremont McKenna College. He speaks French, Spanish and some Bulgarian.
