Tanya Scott Bio

Tanya joined Three Hills in February 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources across the financial sector. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in HR within investment banking at Moelis & Co. covering over 250 employees across Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to this, she worked in HR for Close Brothers Group PLC and Close Brothers Premium Finance. Tanya holds as MSc in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Sociology. She holds an advanced Level 7 CIPD accreditation and is fluent in both English and Persian.
