Stefanie Kneer Bio

Stefanie joined Three Hills as Head of ESG & Sustainability in 2021 and is an Investment Advisory Committee member of Three Hills’ Impact strategy. Previously she led the impact team at Bridges Fund Management, delivering the sustainability strategy across its multi-fund platform. She is a founding member of the Impact Management Project, a sector-wide initiative to define standards and norms for impact measurement and management. She started her career at Bain & Co and holds a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in International Economics & Management from Bocconi University. She speaks German, English, Italian and French.
