Marco Anatriello Bio

Marco joined Three Hills as a Partner in January 2021 and is an Investment Advisory Committee Member of both the Capital Solutions and Impact strategies. Prior to joining the Firm, Marco was a Co-founder, Partner and Member of the Board of Bluegem Capital Partners, a successful Pan-European consumer focused fund which raised since inception and during his tenure more than €800m of capital across three primary funds and a secondary platform. At Bluegem Marco worked on several investments across Europe and sat on several companies’ Boards. Earlier in his career he worked at Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking team and in the Strategic Solutions Group both in Milan and London, gaining exposure to M&A, equity and debt-linked products and fixed-income derivatives. Marco is a member of Consiglio Direttivo of AIFI, and he regularly features in panels and conferences organised, among others, by AIFI, PE Insight and BVCA. Marco graduated summa cum laude in Business Administration at Bocconi University after spending one academic semester at the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles. He speaks Italian, English and some Spanish.
