Leks de Boer Bio

Leks has been a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Three Hills since inception. He is responsible for the Finance and Risk & Compliance functions of the group. Leks is also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Three Hills Capital Solutions strategy, and has been involved in a number of investments in the UK and Benelux. Prior to Three Hills, Leks worked at Hutton Collins, initially as the Financial Controller and subsequently as a member of the investment team. Earlier in his career, he worked in Finance roles within industry as well as in audit and advisory. Leks is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Economics and Econometrics as well as a MSc in IT from the University of Nottingham. He speaks English, Dutch and German.
