Barbara Roversi Bio

Barbara joined Three Hills in March 2019 and is a Managing Director and an Investment Advisory Committee Member of Three Hills’ Impact strategy, as well as CEO of the Nice to Meet You foundation. Before joining the company, she worked for Metric Capital Partners in London, where she focused on new investment opportunities in SME’s across Europe. Prior to that, she was at Alvarez and Marsal where she served in their Financial Restructuring and Performance Improvement teams. Barbara began her career within the M&A division of Banca Leonardo (now Houlihan Lokey) in Milan. Barbara holds a MSc in Finance and a BSc in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and an MBA from INSEAD. She speaks Italian and English.
