Arjan Blok Bio

Arjan joined Three Hills in June 2017 and is a Managing Director and an Investment Advisory Committee Member of Three Hills’ Impact strategy. He is focused on the Benelux region and, since 2023, on TH Impact. Before joining the company, Arjan was at Vitruvian Partners where he worked for 2 years in the Benelux and UK investment teams. Prior to Vitruvian, he spent nearly 3 years in the Investment Banking division of Morgan Stanley covering Benelux and Switzerland. Previously, Arjan was a technology entrepreneur, co-founding an e-commerce software enterprise in the Netherlands. Arjan holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Finance and Investments from the RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He also holds a LL.M. in Financial Law from the ESL Erasmus University. Arjan speaks English and Dutch.
