Sam Hendler Bio

Sam Hendler joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2022. Sam Hendler is a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners, responsible for Business Development, including sourcing strategy, market‐facing relationships and the development of Identified Sector Opportunities in the Healthcare industry group. In this role, Mr. Hendler brings his extensive experience advising both SaaS and technology‐enabled services companies on M&A transactions, private placements and corporate divestitures. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. Hendler served as a managing director at Harris Williams, where he established and managed the firm’s global healthcare IT practice. Earlier in his career, he worked as an associate with Quellos Private Capital Markets, L.P., and as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst with Broadview International, LLC. Mr. Hendler holds an A.B., magna cum laude, in Politics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
