Gordon McLaughlin Joined Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2020. Gordon M. McLaughlin is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the firm’s Strategic Resource Group. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, Mr. McLaughlin worked as a vice president at PNC Financial Services in New York, where he led the development of digital products and pursued strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities with financial technology companies. Mr. McLaughlin formerly co-founded Development Capital Partners and prior to that was a senior analyst at JPMorgan. Mr. McLaughlin holds a B.S. in Finance and Operations, with high distinction, from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
