Gaurav Mittal Bio

As Managing Director in the Technology & Business Solutions vertical, Gaurav builds long-term partnerships with management teams, develops investment theses, and leads the evaluation of investment opportunities. He primarily focuses on firm’s Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs) in the Industrial Technology & Software ISO. He currently serves on the boards of Brooks Automation, FourKites and Kinexon. Before joining the THL team, Gaurav was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he led the Industrial Technology practice as part of the Global Industrials Group. Gaurav has extensive experience developing corporate relationships, executing mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. In his free time, Gaurav enjoys reading and recommends that everyone pick up “No Room for Small Dreams”. He also loves cooking for his wife, daughter, and their dog.
