Eliza Young Bio

Eliza Young is Vice President, Communications and Marketing at Thoma Bravo. She joined the firm in 2022 to focus on marketing, internal communications, and Thoma Bravo's diversity and inclusion strategy. Eliza has more than a decade of demonstrated success across various sectors, including financial services, tech and international NGOs. Most recently, she was an Internal Communications Manager at Meta. Before that, Eliza held internal and corporate communications roles at Macquarie Investment Management, Allianz Global Investors and JPMorgan Chase. Previously, she served as a writer, editor and researcher for several international human rights and humanitarian aid organizations. Eliza earned an MA in International Relations from King's College London and a BA in European History from Barnard College at Columbia University.
