Nikolai Metzger Bio

Prior to joining THI in 2021, Nikolai had worked in management consulting at FAS and KPMG serving a variety of corporate and private equity clients. Focusing on M&A transaction support, carve-out and IPO readiness projects as well as strategic finance assessments, he has accumulated in-depth expertise in the areas of corporate finance, financial reporting and process optimisation. Nikolai holds a MA in Finance from Goethe University Frankfurt and a BA in Accounting and Business Law from Cooperative State University Baden-Wuerttemberg. He is a strong advocate of robust real-time data and successful collaboration in interdisciplinary teams. In his spare time, he loves sports, in particular soccer, skiing and freeletics. Beyond this, he appreciates inspiring discussions, preferably while enjoying a proper gin tonic.
