Before joining THI in 2021, Johannes worked for Roland Berger where he consulted Automotive OEMs and suppliers around the globe focusing on restructuring, performance improvement, strategy, and operations. Previously, he worked at Rantum Capital in Private Equity and SAP in corporate strategy. Johannes studied Industrial Engineering and received his doctorate at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
