Before joining THI in 2021 Christian worked more than 6 years at Bain & Company, among others serving large cap Private Equity clients in commercial and operational due diligences as well as portfolio company value enhancement projects. He also has significant experience in advising corporate clients in multiple industries, where he focused on strategy development, sales performance optimization and operating model redesign. Besides, Christian is skilled in M&A advisory and valuation techniques from some time spent in Investment Banking, e.g. at Lazard in Frankfurt. Christian holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Engineering (“Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen”) from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He is a strong believer in the benefit of co-creation in diverse teams and structured, data-based decision making. In his free time, Christian lives an active lifestyle with his wife, e.g. in running shoes, a cross-fit box or on steep slopes in the snowy Alps. Besides, he enjoys good Americanos or Flat-Whites, preferably prepared with his own espresso machine.
