Whit Kilgroe Bio

Whit Kilgroe leads the legal function and is actively involved in the firm’s merger & acquisition transactions and securities matters. Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2021, Whit was Associate General Counsel at Walton Enterprises, the private family office of the Walton family, where he led the investment and M&A legal efforts. Prior to Walton Enterprises, Whit was Chief Counsel of M&A at Koch Industries. Whit began his legal career in private practice with the M&A groups at Kirkland & Ellis and Jones Day.
