Perry Finney Bio

Mr. Finney began working at Gladstone Commercial in 2018 joining the Asset Management group. Prior to joining Gladstone he worked at other publicly traded REITs where he was responsible for implementing corporate policy initiatives, overseeing leasing and property management. He has seventeen years’ experience in real estate asset management, managing large portfolios consisting of multiple asset classes, including industrial, office, retail and laboratory properties. Previously he worked for Fortune 500 companies where he gained a broad background in corporate finance, accounting and credit. He received a B.A. in Economics from Washington College and is a former CPA.
