Ben Leung Bio

Ben works closely with the FSB Technology team as a strategic partner. Previously Ben served as the Director of Technology at FSB Companies. Before joining the FSB Companies, he played several leadership and consulting roles within both seed stage to Series-B startups to enterprise Fortune 500 companies in the US, Canada and China. He has led and advised teams from 5 to business lines of 2000, in both a strategic and hands-on capacity, which he believes leads to greater effectiveness. He has the opportunity to work in a variety of different industries, including financial services/investment banking, digital agency/media, telecommunications, agriculture, manufacturing and technology. Ben joined the FSB companies due to the alignment of his passion in building high performance teams and companies with FSB's investing philosophies and values, which are heavily beneficial to early stage software companies as they search for a repeatable business model to thrive. From strategic facilitation to hands-on development, architecture, product management and DevOps, he is excited to help partner with leaders and organizations to help give them their ever best chance at success. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Ben earned a BASc in Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto.
