Gerald Saltarelli Bio

Gerald Saltarelli is a Partner with Edgewater. Gerald serves on the board of several Edgewater portfolio companies especially in the areas of industrial, manufacturing, and distribution. Gerald’s responsibilities also include investment sourcing, leading due diligence and financing, and working with portfolio company senior management. Prior to joining Edgewater, Gerald was a Director with Conway, MacKenzie & Dunleavy, a restructuring and operational improvement advisory firm. Previously, he was an Associate with One Equity Partners, where he worked on leverage buyout and growth equity investments. Gerald began his career as an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisition group with William Blair and Company. Gerald received his B.A. degree from Bucknell University where he earned Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude honors. He received his M.B.A. from The University of Michigan Business School where he also received the Tauber Manufacturing Institute Certificate.
