Veronique Cochais-Widmer is a Director and Financial Controller for European buyout and growth investment opportunities. She is also involved in the organization and control of Luxembourg holdings activities. She is based in Paris. Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Cochais-Widmer was a Manager of a portfolio of private equities with CDR (defeance structure of Crédit Lyonnais). While at CDR, Ms. Cochais-Widmer was a board member of AOM, Air Caraïbes and Stardust. Previously, she was Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen, then Financial Controller with Altus Finance. Ms. Cochais-Widmer is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims, France and a chartered accountant.
