Jeff Marvaldi Bio

Jeff Marvaldi is a Principal and Client Relationship Manager in Investor Relations, focused on working with investors in the Central United States. He is based in New York. Mr. Marvaldi joined Carlyle in 2013 as a Vice President and became a Principal in 2017. Mr. Marvaldi has over 20 years of experience in private equity and client relationship management. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Marvaldi was a Vice President in the Alternative Strategies division of Wells Fargo. Before that role, he was a Director at UBS in both the Structured Products and Alternative Investments business segments. Mr. Marvaldi graduated from Bowling Green State University with B.A. in International Studies with specialization in Economics. He currently holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses and maintains 22 state registrations.
