Friedel Drees Bio

Friedel Drees is a Managing Director focusing on European buyout opportunities. He is based in Munich. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Drees was at Bain & Company. Mr. Drees earned a master's degree and a Ph.D. in finance from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. As a participant of the university's double degree program with the University of Pittsburgh, he received his M.B.A. from the Katz Graduate School of Business.
