Andre Levy Bio

Andre Levy is a Principal focused on Latin America buyout opportunities and is based in São Paulo. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Levy was an Associate at GP Investments, where he managed portfolio companies and pursued buyout opportunities in Brazil. While at GP Investments, Mr. Levy was a Director of Sascar and Monticiano (major shareholder of LBR-Lacteos Brasil). Prior to that, Mr. Levy worked in strategic planning at Even Construtora and in consulting at Booz&Co. Mr. Levy received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received a BS in engineering from University of São Paulo.
