Kirk Harrell Bio

Kirk is the senior vice president, talent in Capstreet’s Operating Executive Group. He works with the investment team and portfolio companies to accelerate growth through human capital and team performance. Before joining Capstreet, Kirk was a Managing Director at Focus Search Partners and Taylor Winfield. He led senior executive search assignments for clients ranging from early-stage startups and private equity-backed companies to publicly traded global organizations across multiple industries. Kirk serves on the Dallas Advisory Board for CareerSpring. Kirk earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baylor University.
