T. Max O’Neill is a Managing Director in the Global Tax Planning Group, focused on the Real Estate business. Mr. O’Neill has been involved in the development and implementation of global tax planning strategies for the Real Estate funds and portfolio companies. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2018, Mr. O’Neill was an associate in the tax group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he represented clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters and transactions. Mr. O’Neill received a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.
