Eugene Baek is a Managing Director in the Legal & Compliance Department for insurance in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Baek practiced in the Capital Markets group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Baek was a senior analyst in the consulting group at Argus Information & Advisory Services. Mr. Baek received his BA from Wesleyan University and his JD from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
