Bruce represents Tern on the board of Device Authority. Bruce led Tern’s initial investment of Cryptosoft and InVMA and led the acquisition of Amiho and Wyld to create Wyld Networks. Bruce works with our investee companies and partners to develop interest and investment into the Tern portfolio. Bruce began his IT career with IBM and has over 30 years board level experience, specialising in delivering high growth, high-profit results through product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Bruce has extensive International Sales Management experience including Europe, the US and Asia Pacific regions. He has been involved in a number of successful exits including Interactive/Dataworks, London Bridge and Codestream
