Christian Hamilton Bio

Christian is Co-Founder and CIO of Tenzing. Before founding the firm in 2016, Christian spent over a decade investing at Inflexion Private Equity. During this time, he met joint Co-Founders Guy and Rob when they introduced him to entrepreneurs seeking investment opportunities. The three of them struck it off immediately, sharing similar interests and a passion for sport, people and business. Whilst at Inflexion, Christian’s partner in crime was Gareth Healy, who joined the Tenzing team in 2019. It was here that he also met serial entrepreneur Glenn Elliott whilst serving as NED on his board at Reward Gateway. Glenn joined Tenzing in 2020 as Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Over the last fifteen years, Christian’s backed many entrepreneurs and management teams, helping them grow their businesses and develop internationally. These UK champions include Reward Gateway, Aspen Pumps, CP Electronics, Griffin, CloserStill and ACIS.
