Michelle Esters Bio

Michelle Esters is a Finance Director at TELEO Capital. Her primary responsibilities include financial due diligence, support, and advisement on business processes for portfolio companies. Prior to joining TELEO Capital, Michelle was an Accounting Supervisor in the Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Department at Boise Cascade Company. Additionally, she held positions in Internal Audit and Accounts Payable during her seven years with the company. Michelle’s responsibilities included managing customer rebate contracts, general ledger accounting for the EWP business, and managing accounting team members. While in Internal Audit, she provided process and internal control recommendations, completed audits across many company functions, and assisted with two acquisitions made by the company. Michelle earned a B.S. in Accounting from Weber State University, where she played on the women’s tennis team for four years.
