Kevin Hatch Bio

Kevin Hatch is an Operating Partner at TELEO Capital with over 20 years of financial, operational, and executive leadership experience, including a decade working with private equity portfolio companies. He has led multiple strategic growth initiatives, restructurings, and carve-outs across software, technology, business services, and industrial companies. Kevin most recently served as an executive of Avalex Technologies Corp., leading transformational growth focused on maximizing the value of their market-leading technology and completed a successful acquisition of Avalex by Mercury Systems, Inc. Prior to Avalex, Kevin served as CFO/Acting CEO of AppRiver, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, where he was instrumental in building the company’s leadership team, partner-focused go-to-market strategy and operational KPI transformation. He led two strategic add-on acquisitions and the successful acquisition of AppRiver by Zix Corporation. Kevin previously worked as an Operations Director at Marlin Equity Partners, where he was responsible for the value creation activities and operational results for portfolio companies. Before joining Marlin, Kevin worked at KPMG as a Director in the Transaction Services Group, assisting both strategic and private equity buyers. Kevin earned a B.A. from Fort Lewis College.
