Jeff Dombcik Bio

Jeff Dombcik is a Managing Partner of Tamarix Capital Partners. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, private equity, and private credit. During his career he has participated in over $3.0 billion of investments in over 200 privately held companies in a variety of industries. Jeff was previously a Managing Director at Benefit Street Partners, a $27 billion credit platform, and a Senior Managing Director and member of the investment committee and management committee of Triangle Capital Corporation, a $1.2 billion credit and equity platform. Prior to joining Triangle Capital, Jeff worked at South Franklin Street Partners, an SBIC focused on ESOP transactions. He was also an Executive VP & Partner of Edgewater Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on lower middle market companies. Prior to Edgewater, Jeff worked at McDonald & Co., Brown, Gibbons, Lang and Banc One in various capacities. Jeff has served on numerous private company boards of directors and philanthropic organizations. Jeff holds a Master’s in Business Administration from John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science from Miami University.
