Cole Michalek Bio

Cole joined Talisman in 2025. Prior to joining Talisman, Cole spent over six years at Shore Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. At Shore, Cole was a Vice President and responsible for conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments. Before joining Shore Capital, Cole began his career at Wells Fargo Securities in their Investment Banking Division. While at Wells Fargo Securities, Cole worked on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets transactions. Cole graduated with a BS in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
