Przemek Szczepanski Bio

Przemek is a Founder of Syntaxis and Investment Committee member. He heads the Firm’s activities in Poland and has primary responsibility for reporting and investor relations. Additionally, he has developed the firm’s expertise in the telecommunications and consumer finance sectors. At Syntaxis, he has led the firm’s investments in Ultimo, GTS Central Europe, Kisan, Etos, home.pl, Info-TV Operator, BIK Brokers, Loconi, and Trans Polonia and has assisted in the Axtone investment. He sits on the boards of Etos, BIK, eSKY, and Loconi. Prior to Syntaxis, Przemek was a Managing Director and the Head of the Warsaw office of Mezzanine Management. There he led three transactions in Poland (Lux Med, Solaris and Zaberd), one in Bulgaria (Jet Finance), assisted in the firm’s investment in Bulgarian Telecom Company and represented Mezzanine Management on the Supervisory Board of Lux Med, Solaris and Zaberd. Prior to Mezzanine Management, Przemek spent four years at Pioneer Investments. Przemek graduated with honours from the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a masters degree in finance and banking.
