Munir Karmi Bio

As a key leader of Synergy, Munir oversees the diversified portfolio of investments in real estate, healthcare, and various retail operations. Additionally, Munir serves on the Board of Directors for Fitness Holdings North America, one of the largest Crunch Fitness franchisees and formerly of CSI Laboratories, a specialized cancer diagnostics company, which was successfully acquired. Furthermore, he is CEO of Synergy Fitness, which is currently expanding Crunch Fitness internationally. Before Synergy, Munir worked in the Asset and Investment Management divisions at Rialto Capital Management focusing on value-add investments and turnaround strategies for distressed and under-managed assets. Munir holds a BA in Economics from Emory University and a MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
