During his law studies, Leo Schenk was also active as a semi-professional footballer and fulfilled his conscription in the military intelligence service. He then worked in various positions at ABN AMRO Bank. His last position was a partner in the Corporate Investments department. In 1999 he founded Synergia Capital Partners. He is involved in a number of participations.
